We are a mobile wellness service. A certified therapist travels to your home, hotel room or villa in Dubai with a professional table, fresh linen, towels and oils, and delivers the treatment you booked.
We are a wellness service, not a medical one. Nothing we provide is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment for a medical condition. If you have a health concern, see a doctor.
Bookings are made on WhatsApp. Before anything is confirmed you will be told, in writing, the price, the session length, a realistic arrival time and whether a male or female therapist is attending. No deposit is taken and there is no booking fee.
AED 300 for 60 minutes, AED 520 for 90 minutes, AED 600 for 120 minutes. One flat price anywhere in Dubai. Travel is included — there is no distance surcharge, no hotel surcharge and no late-night surcharge. Payment is made directly to your therapist at the end of the session, by cash or card. Prices may change, but never for a booking already confirmed in writing.
Tell us as early as you can and there is no charge. If a therapist has already travelled to your address and cannot deliver the session — nobody is there, the address was wrong, or entry is refused — we may ask for a contribution toward the journey. We will always tell you before charging anything.
We may also need to cancel: traffic, illness or a therapist becoming unavailable. If that happens we tell you as soon as we know and offer the earliest alternative. You pay nothing.
Please tell us before booking if any of the following apply: fever or an active infection; a recent injury, fracture or surgery; deep vein thrombosis or a history of blood clots; uncontrolled high blood pressure or a heart condition; skin infection or open wounds in the area to be worked on; or if you are undergoing cancer treatment. Some of these mean we will ask you to speak to a doctor first.
If you have been drinking alcohol we will ask to rebook. This is a consistent safety limit, not a judgement.
This is a professional therapeutic service. Our therapists will end a session immediately and leave if a client behaves inappropriately, and the full fee remains payable. We will not accept a future booking from that client. Our therapists are equally required to behave professionally at all times — if they do not, tell us and we will act.
A space of roughly two metres by one metre for the table, or a bed if the room is too small. Where a building, community or hotel requires a visitor to be registered or escorted, please arrange that before the appointment or tell us so we can.
Our therapists are certified and work to professional standards. We are not liable for a reaction or injury arising from a condition you did not disclose when asked. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the United Arab Emirates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
