A hotel massage in Dubai means a certified therapist comes to your room with a professional table, fresh linen and oils, and works on you where you are staying. We charge AED 300 for 60 minutes, AED 520 for 90 minutes and AED 600 for 120 minutes — the same flat price anywhere in Dubai, travel included, with no hotel surcharge. We are available 24 hours, you choose a male or female therapist, and booking is one message on WhatsApp.
Most hotel guests booking a massage in Dubai have one unspoken question before they book anything: will the hotel actually allow this? Almost nobody answers it. This page does, along with the rest of what actually happens — reception, room access, where the table goes, and how long we really take to reach you.
You message us with your hotel, your room number, the treatment and length you want, and whether you would prefer a male or female therapist. We confirm the price and a realistic arrival time in writing before anything is booked. There is no deposit and no booking fee.
Your therapist travels to the hotel carrying a folding massage table, fresh linen for your session, towels and oils. They arrive at reception, are checked in the way the hotel requires, and come up to your room. They introduce themselves, ask what you want from the session and what to avoid, then step out while you get onto the table.
The session runs for the full time you booked — the clock starts when the massage starts, not when the therapist walks in. Afterwards the table is packed away, the linen goes with them, and the room is left as it was. Payment is at the end, cash or card.
This is the step that makes a hotel visit go smoothly, and it takes ten seconds.
Tell the front desk that a massage therapist is coming to your room, and roughly when. That is it. Dubai hotels handle spa and wellness visits constantly and reception will not be surprised by the request. What causes friction is a therapist arriving unannounced, because then the desk has to call your room to verify you are expecting someone, and that costs everyone five minutes.
The process is close to identical everywhere, because visitor registration is standard practice in Dubai: your therapist’s ID is scanned at reception, a guest pass is issued, and that pass operates the lift. Our therapists go through it every single day — it takes a couple of minutes, and it is quicker still when the desk already knows.
If you would rather we handle it, tell us when you book. We will call the hotel ahead of the appointment and confirm what their process is, so nothing is being worked out in the lobby while you are waiting upstairs.
Yes — in two decades of hotel visits across Dubai we have yet to be turned away. The visitor process exists precisely so guests can receive registered visitors, day and night.
From five-star towers to hotel apartments, the desk registers the visit the same way — ID scan, guest pass, lift. Serviced apartments are, if anything, the most relaxed of all. And because everything is confirmed in writing before you pay anything, there is never a surprise waiting in the lobby.
What makes the conversation easy is that this is a licensed service, not an informal one. Massage in Dubai is regulated: therapists are required to hold their own individual licence rather than working under a company registration alone. We are DHA approved and all our therapists are certified, and a reception desk that asks is given a straight answer. That is precisely why we lead with it — a hotel that knows who is coming up has no reason to object.
A folding massage table needs roughly two metres by one metre of floor, plus space for the therapist to move around at least three sides of it. In practice that means the space between the bed and the window, or the open floor at the foot of the bed. Your therapist will look at the room and choose; you do not need to prepare anything or move furniture in advance.
In a smaller city room — common in Business Bay, Deira and around the Trade Centre — the table sometimes will not fit properly. That is not a problem. Your therapist will work on the bed instead, using their own linen and adjusting technique for the softer surface. Say so when you book if you already know the room is tight, and we will send a therapist prepared for it.
Two practical things worth knowing. Hang the do-not-disturb sign before the session starts, because housekeeping knocking halfway through is the single most common interruption. Booking late is completely normal here — Dubai runs around the clock, and the desk registers a 2am visitor exactly as it does a 2pm one.
The typical hotel booking in Dubai is not a spa treat. It is someone who has come off a long-haul flight, or spent a day sitting in a conference chair, and cannot get comfortable.
Long flights leave a particular pattern: stiff hips and lower back from sitting, tight shoulders and neck from sleeping upright, and heavy, swollen legs and feet from the cabin pressure and the hours of not moving. Dubai’s position as a connecting hub makes this common — a lot of guests arrive here after eight hours in the air with another flight still ahead of them.
For that, the useful choices are a full body relaxation massage if you simply need to reset and sleep, or a lymphatic drainage massage if the problem is heaviness and swelling in the legs rather than muscle tightness. If you have been in meetings all week and it has settled into your shoulders and upper back, deep tissue is the one that helps.
Booking for the evening you land generally beats booking for the next morning — the full plan is in our guide to jet lag in Dubai. Working on the body before the first night’s sleep tends to make that sleep considerably better, which is the thing that actually resets you.
All seven treatments are available in a hotel room at the same flat price, and travel is included in every one of them.
If you are not sure, describe the problem in chat rather than picking a name. We will tell you which one fits — and if the honest answer is a shorter session or a different treatment than you asked for, that is what we will say.
Our therapists are stationed across Dubai rather than in one office, so most hotels — Marina, JBR, JLT, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC and the Palm — can be reached in around 30 minutes, often less. Our main base is Dubai Marina.
Evening traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road between roughly 6pm and 9pm is the one thing that genuinely stretches timings. Deira, Karama, Mirdif and Silicon Oasis are covered every day too — the price never changes, and the timing rarely does either.
Whatever your hotel, you will be given a realistic arrival time in writing before you book, not an optimistic one. You can see the full list on our areas we cover page.
One flat price across the whole city, hotels included:
Travel is included. There is no hotel surcharge, no late-night surcharge and no distance surcharge, whether you are in the Marina or in Mirdif. Payment is at the end of the session, cash or card. Full detail is on our prices page, and the booking process start to finish is set out in how it works.
For a hotel stay, 90 minutes is usually the better value than 60. A hotel room takes a few minutes to set up and pack down at either end, and 90 minutes gives the therapist room to work through the whole back-and-legs pattern that long flights create rather than choosing between them.
Every therapist arrives showered and fresh, in clean professional dress, carrying a clean massage table, freshly laundered towels and linen used for your session only, and quality massage oils — with an unscented option if you prefer. Equipment is set up in front of you and packed away the same way, and the room is left exactly as it was found. Therapists travel with a driver who waits outside the hotel — so parking never makes a session late.
Massage is not appropriate for everyone, and being in a hotel does not change that. Please tell us before booking, and consider seeing a doctor first, if any of the following apply: fever or an active infection; a recent injury, fracture or surgery; deep vein thrombosis or a history of blood clots; uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart conditions; skin infections or open wounds in the area to be worked on; or if you are undergoing cancer treatment.
If you have been drinking, we will ask you to book for another time. This is a wellness service and alcohol changes how the body responds to pressure — it is not a judgement, it is a safety limit we hold to consistently.
We are a wellness service, not a medical one. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment for a medical condition.
Yes, and it is worth doing. A quick word with reception means your therapist is expected: their ID is scanned at the desk, they get a guest pass, and the pass operates the lift — standard visitor procedure in Dubai. If you would prefer not to speak to the desk, tell us when you book and we will handle it.
Yes. We operate 24 hours and late-night bookings are normal, particularly from guests arriving on overnight flights. There is no late surcharge — the price is the same at 2am as it is at 2pm. Dubai runs around the clock and hotel desks register visitors at every hour — the same ID-scan and guest pass at 2am as at 2pm.
Usually, yes. A table needs about two metres by one metre plus room to move around it, which most Dubai hotel rooms have between the bed and the window. In a smaller city room your therapist will work on the bed instead, with their own fresh linen. Either way you do not need to move furniture or prepare the room.
Yes, always. You state your preference when you book and it is confirmed in writing before the appointment. If we cannot meet the preference for the time you want, we will tell you and offer a different time rather than sending someone you did not ask for.

Send us your hotel name, room number, the treatment and length, your preferred time, and whether you want a male or female therapist. We reply with the price, the arrival time and the therapist’s first name. Nothing is charged until the session is done.
We are DHA approved, our therapists are ITEC certified, and we work to ISO 9001 standards — you can read more about us and about our therapists.
Our guarantee: start your session, and if anything is not right in the first minutes — pressure, technique, anything at all — stop without hesitation and tell us. We will put it right. In two decades of sessions it has yet to be needed, but it stands.
