Massage Services in Dubai

Eighteen treatments, one flat price of AED 300 for 60 minutes, brought to your door anywhere in Dubai by certified male and female therapists — 24 hours a day, travel included.

Which massage should you actually book?

Most people arrive at a massage menu knowing how their body feels, not what the treatments are called. So start from the feeling — this is the same question our therapists ask on WhatsApp before every booking, and you are welcome to skip it entirely and just describe your week to us instead.

“My back and shoulders are wrecked from work”

Deep tissue massage — slow, firm, specific work on the desk back and the driving neck. Intense but breathable; you set the pressure and one word changes it.

“I have never had a massage before”

Swedish massage — the classic full-body treatment at light-to-medium pressure. The sensible first booking, and the one we send most often to first-timers.

“I just want to switch off and sleep”

Full body relaxation — the softest hour on the card, with no agenda beyond your nervous system standing down. Book it at 9pm and see what your sleep does.

“I want stretching, not oil”

Thai massage — dressed, oil-free, on a mat: rhythmic compression plus assisted stretches you cannot reach alone. Closer to assisted yoga than to a table massage.

“My legs are puffy after a long flight”

Lymphatic drainage — featherlight, rhythmic, skin-level work for puffiness and heaviness. Our most-booked landing-day treatment in hotel rooms.

“I train hard and I am always sore”

Sports & recovery — flush, release and stretch work timed around your training block or race weekend, not squeezed into it.

“I am pregnant”

Prenatal massage — side-lying, cushion-supported, adapted pressure, female therapist on request. Second trimester onwards; your doctor’s word comes first.

“I genuinely do not know”

Then say exactly that. Describe the week your body has had and we will match the treatment — and if it turns out to be the wrong one, the therapist changes approach mid-session at no extra cost.

Every one of them is AED 300 for 60 minutes, AED 520 for 90 and AED 600 for 120 — the same figure for the gentlest and the most demanding treatment on the list, in every area of Dubai, travel included. We price the hour, not the technique.

Still looking for something else?

Ask for it. Our therapists come from Thailand, the Philippines, Russia, Tunisia, India, Pakistan, Japan and the Arab world, and between them they cover the full range of professional massage — head massage, Ayurvedic-style oil work and combination sessions among them. Tell us the name of the treatment you want, or simply describe it, and we will confirm in writing which therapist is coming and what it costs before anyone sets off.

What every booking includes, whichever treatment you choose

The therapist

Certified, male or female as you ask, arriving showered and in clean professional dress. DHA approved, and behind them a business that has run in Dubai since 2005.

The kit

Professional massage table (or mat for Thai), fresh clean linen used only for your session, and quality oil. You provide two metres of floor space — hotel rooms qualify comfortably.

The timing

Therapists live across the city, so arrival is around 30 minutes almost everywhere, at any hour. The exact time comes back in writing before you confirm — a real number, not “soon”.

The price

Flat, travel included, no distance surcharge and no doorstep additions. Card or cash, in any currency, at the end of the session. No deposit to book.

And the part no spa can match: when the hour ends, you are already home. No drive, no parking, no traffic quietly undoing the massage on the way back. Full detail on the how it works page, the honest figures on prices, and the people on our therapists.

Massage services in Dubai — your questions

What massage types do you offer in Dubai?

Eighteen have their own pages — Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, Balinese, aromatherapy, hot stone, reflexology, shiatsu, Russian, back-neck-and-shoulder, Moroccan bath, couples, four hands, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, post-natal, sports and recovery, and full body relaxation. If you want a treatment you still do not see, ask — we will confirm in writing before you book. If you want a treatment you do not see listed, ask — we will confirm in writing before you book.

Which massage is best for back pain?

Deep tissue, in most cases: slow, firm, specific work on the muscles that actually hurt, usually 60 minutes on the upper body alone. If the pain is sharp, recent, or came from an injury, see a doctor or physiotherapist first — that is not a massage problem, and we will tell you so.

Do all the treatments cost the same?

Yes, with one logical exception. Every single-therapist treatment is AED 300 for 60 minutes, AED 520 for 90 and AED 600 for 120 — identical for every technique and every area of Dubai, VAT and travel included. Bookings that need two therapists are simply two of those: a couples massage is AED 600 for two 60-minute sessions, and a four hands massage is AED 600 for one hour because two therapists work it.

Can two people book different treatments at the same time?

Yes — two therapists arrive and work side by side, so one of you can have a deep tissue session while the other has a Swedish or relaxation massage. Each person is a full session at the normal price.

Can I change my mind during the session?

Yes, and people do. If the pressure is wrong, or the treatment turns out not to be what your body wanted, say so — the therapist adapts on the spot at no extra cost. A massage you spend braced against is a wasted hour.

Do you come to hotels as well as homes?

Homes, hotels and villas, anywhere in Dubai, 24 hours a day. Hotel visits are routine: reception scans the therapist's ID, issues a guest pass, and the pass operates the lift. See the hotel massage page for the full picture.

How do I know which one to book if I have never had a massage?

Book Swedish — it is the gentlest of the classic techniques and the sensible first booking. Or just describe how your body feels on WhatsApp and let us choose; matching the treatment to the person is our job, not yours.

Are your therapists male or female?

Both, and you choose when you book. Most first-time bookings request a female therapist and it is never a problem; several of our strong-pressure specialists are male. Say which you want in the booking message.
