How booking a mobile massage in Dubai works

Three messages and a doorbell. We take bookings 24/7, you choose the massage, the length and whether a male or female therapist attends, and everything is confirmed in writing before anyone sets off.

Four steps, first message to packed-away table

1

Message us on WhatsApp — any time

We take bookings 24/7. Send your area and building — or the hotel name and room number — plus the date and time you want.
2

Choose the massage, the length and the therapist

Pick from the seven treatments, choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and say whether you would prefer a male or female therapist.
3

Everything is confirmed in writing

The therapist, a realistic arrival time for your area and the total price — AED 300, 520 or 600 — all in the chat before anyone sets off.
4

The therapist arrives and sets up

A portable table, oils and fresh linens, set up in the room you choose. After the session everything is packed away and the space is left as it was.
What should I prepare before the therapist arrives?
Prepare

What should I prepare before the therapist arrives?

Two things: roughly 2m x 2m of clear floor, and a comfortable room temperature. Everything else arrives with the therapist.

A living room usually works better than a bedroom, because the space around a bed is rarely square and rarely clear. Slide the coffee table aside, and that is the preparation finished. Keep pets in another room — not because they are unwelcome, but because a table at that height is an invitation.

Room temperature is worth a moment's thought. You will be lying still for an hour or more, so a room set for someone moving around will feel cold by minute twenty. And if the lift in your building is out of service, tell us in the chat — a professional table is not something anyone wants to carry up ten flights unannounced.

Afterwards? Very little. Get up slowly rather than straight off the table, drink some water, and shower whenever you feel like it — there is no need to rush the oil off. If the session was a deep one, keep the rest of the evening gentle and leave the heavy training session for tomorrow. Full pricing, the areas we cover and our therapists. Not sure which treatment? Lymphatic drainage suits post-flight heaviness; deep tissue suits desk-bound shoulders.

Hotel rooms, villas and apartments — the practical bits

Hotel rooms, apartments and villas are all covered by the same flat price, with travel included.

For hotels, send us three details: the full hotel name, your room number, and the name the room is booked under. That third one is the detail people forget, and it is the one that matters if your hotel asks who the visitor is here to see. Some hotels register visitors at reception — letting the desk know you are expecting a therapist is usually all that is needed.

Hotel guests get more out of the cash-in-any-currency policy than anyone: you can settle in the currency you arrived with.

For villas and apartments, send the building or villa name, the unit number, and any access step between the road and your front door. Gated communities are where arrival times slip — a concierge desk that signs visitors in, or a community gate that needs your name on a list. A message to your concierge or security ahead of the arrival window usually clears both. Full pricing, the areas we cover and our therapists. Not sure which treatment? Lymphatic drainage suits post-flight heaviness; deep tissue suits desk-bound shoulders.

If parking near your villa is restricted to residents, mention that too. The therapist is carrying equipment, so the difference between parking at your door and at the community entrance is a real one.

What happens during the session?

The therapist sets the table up where you've asked, you settle, and the session runs for the time you booked. Pressure is adjusted as you go — which is why the single most useful thing you can do is speak up during the massage rather than afterwards.

One word does it. "Lighter" or "firmer" is not rude, it is not a complaint, and it is the information the therapist actually wants. Before the session starts, mention any area you'd rather the therapist left alone — a healing bruise, a sore knee, a spot that has been painful all week.

Conversation is optional. If you'd rather not talk, say so at the start and the room stays quiet.

This is a wellness service, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or under a doctor's care for any condition, speak to your doctor before booking, and tell us in the chat so the therapist knows in advance.

Hygiene & presentation

How your therapist arrives

You are letting someone into your home or hotel room, so this part is not a detail — it is the job.

The person

  • Arrives showered and fresh, in clean professional dress
  • Certified, male or female — your choice
  • Introduces themselves and confirms the plan before starting

The equipment

  • Clean professional massage table, set up in front of you
  • Freshly laundered towels and linen — used for your session only
  • Quality massage oils, with an unscented option

The room after

  • Table packed away, linen leaves with the therapist
  • The room is left exactly as it was found
  • Payment at the end — cash or card
Our guarantee: start your session, and if anything is not right in the first minutes — pressure, technique, anything at all — stop without hesitation and tell us. We will put it right. In two decades of sessions it has yet to be needed, but it stands.

Booking questions, answered plainly

We take bookings around the clock. How soon we can reach you depends on therapist availability and where you are in Dubai — therapists are stationed across the city, so most Dubai addresses can be reached in around 30 minutes — often less. You are given an honest arrival time in the chat before you confirm.
Yes, and the choice is confirmed to you in writing before the booking is fixed. Both male and female therapists are available. The team includes certified professionals from Thailand, Russia, Tunisia and the Philippines, and between them they speak English, Arabic, Russian, Thai and more — if language matters to you, ask in the chat.
No. AED 300 for 60 minutes, AED 520 for 90 minutes and AED 600 for 120 minutes, anywhere in Dubai. Travel is included and there is no distance surcharge.
About 2m x 2m of clear floor is enough, and it does not need to be a dedicated room. A living room usually works better than a bedroom. Sliding a coffee table aside is normally the entire preparation.
Card or cash, and cash is accepted in any currency — useful if you have just landed and still have euros, sterling or dollars on you. The amount you pay is the amount written in your confirmation, with travel already included.

Start the chat — booking takes three messages

Your area or hotel, the date and time, the massage and length, and your therapist preference. Everything else comes back confirmed in writing. Open 24/7.
