Lymphatic Drainage Massage in Dubai
At your home, hotel or villa — anywhere in Dubai
The featherlight one — for puffiness, not knots
Lymphatic drainage is the strangest massage on our card and the easiest to book for the wrong reason, so here is the honest version. It is a featherlight, rhythmic, skin-level technique — descended from the gentle school Danish therapist Emil Vodder began in the 1930s — for when your body feels puffy, heavy or waterlogged: after a long-haul flight, a salty week, a desk month. It is not a muscle treatment, and it is not medical care. We bring the wellness version to your home or hotel anywhere in Dubai, 24/7, flat AED 300 for 60 minutes, travel included.
What the technique actually is
Skin-level, one direction
Slow, light strokes that stretch the skin gently in the direction of the body’s natural drainage — always towards the nearest lymph node clusters. No kneading, no digging; pressure is measured in grams here, not kilograms.
Rhythm over force
The same soft sequence repeats in unhurried waves — which is why guests who arrive sceptical about the light touch tend to be asleep by the leg section. The calm is not a side effect; it is half the treatment.
Legs, belly, arms, face
The full session travels the body with extra time where fluid sits — ankles and calves above all. A face-and-eyes finish is available on request; it is the portion guests photograph their own cheekbones about.
The honest boundary — wellness on this side, clinics on that side
Search results for this treatment in Dubai are full of clinics, and that is correct: diagnosed lymphoedema and post-surgical drainage are medical care, and they belong with DHA-licensed clinics under medical supervision — not with a home wellness booking, however gentle. We serve the other side of the line: healthy guests whose legs land in Dubai two sizes larger than they took off, whose rings stop fitting by Thursday, who feel heavy without being able to say why. That version — the wellness version — is what our certified therapists have delivered at home since 2005. If you are on the clinical side of the line, we will say so and step back; if you are unsure, one message to your doctor settles it, and we will still be here after.
The landing-day booking
Seven hours of cabin pressure and ankles to show for it. A drainage session at the hotel the evening you land — before dinner, before the meetings — is this page’s most common booking. Why legs swell after flying: our short honest guide.
The salty-week reset
Dubai’s brunches and restaurant weeks leave a puffiness the gym does not touch. Fortnightly drainage guests book it the way others book a haircut — maintenance, not medicine.
The desk-month heaviness
Months of sitting leave legs that feel poured-full by evening. Gentle drainage work plus the walk you already know you should take — that is the honest prescription, and only one half of it is ours to sell.
Light hands, straight answers
No detox promises, no medical claims, no ten-session packages — just the gentlest technique on our card, brought to your door at the same flat price as everything else we do, with the exact arrival time in writing before you confirm.

Lymphatic drainage massage — your questions
What does a lymphatic drainage massage feel like?
Featherlight — genuinely. The strokes are slow, rhythmic, skin-level stretches that travel in one direction, and first-timers are always surprised by how little pressure is involved. If you came expecting kneading, it feels like almost nothing; by the end, most guests describe a distinct lightness, especially in the legs.
Is this the treatment for swelling after flying?
It is the one most guests book for exactly that. Long-haul hours leave ankles and calves puffy and shoes tight — a gentle drainage session the evening you land is our most common version of this booking, especially in hotel rooms. We wrote a short honest guide on why legs swell after flying, linked below.
Can you treat lymphedema or post-surgery swelling?
No — and we say this plainly. Diagnosed lymphoedema, and drainage after surgery or cosmetic procedures, are clinical care that belongs with a DHA-licensed clinic under medical supervision. What we provide is the wellness version: gentle, full-body drainage work for healthy guests who feel puffy, heavy or sluggish. If you are unsure which side of that line you are on, ask your doctor first — we will still be here.
Does it help with “detox”?
We will not sell you that word. What we can say honestly: the technique is gentle, many guests find it deeply calming, and the felt result most describe is lightness — less puffiness in the face and legs, rings and shoes that fit again. Anything beyond what you can feel for yourself, we leave to clinicians.
How is it different from a Swedish massage?
Completely different intent and touch. Swedish works muscle with visible pressure; lymphatic drainage works just under the skin with strokes so light they would be a mistake in any other massage. You book Swedish for tension; you book this for puffiness and heaviness.
How often do people book it?
Post-flight guests book a one-off on landing day. Guests who like it as maintenance tend to settle on fortnightly or monthly. There is no course to buy — each session stands alone at the flat price.
Do I undress for it?
As with our other table sessions: undress to your comfort under proper draping, with only the area being worked uncovered. Minimal oil is used — the strokes need gentle grip on the skin rather than glide.
Who should skip it?
Anyone with a fever or active infection, heart or kidney conditions, clotting problems or DVT history, or any diagnosed lymphatic or circulatory condition — doctor first, always. Pregnancy: book the prenatal session, where leg puffiness is handled within a pregnancy-safe format.
