Sports & Recovery Massage in Dubai
At your home, hotel or villa — anywhere in Dubai
For training bodies — recovery, at home
Dubai trains hard: marathon blocks on the Marina loop, padel leagues, five-day gym splits, golf at dawn. A sports and recovery massage is the maintenance those bodies quietly depend on — flushing worked muscle, freeing the tight spots training keeps re-tightening, timed around your schedule rather than squeezed into it. We bring it to your home, hotel or villa anywhere in Dubai, 24/7, flat AED 300 for 60 minutes with travel included — and we are honest about the line where recovery ends and physiotherapy begins.
What a recovery session is made of
The flush
Long, firm strokes up the worked muscle groups — quads, calves, back — the classic post-effort work that leaves heavy legs feeling drained-out rather than poured-full. The core of every post-run booking.
The release
Slower, deeper work on the spots your sport keeps tightening: a runner’s calves and hip flexors, a lifter’s lats and shoulders, a padel player’s forearm and rotator cuff. Specific, breathable, agreed in advance.
The lengthen
Assisted stretches to finish — hamstrings, hips, chest — taking each to comfortable tension while the muscle is warm and cooperative. The part most training plans promise themselves and skip.
Timing is the actual skill
The same hands do different jobs on different days, and telling us what is on your calendar is what turns a good massage into a useful one. The honest guide:
Two days before the event
Lighter, quicker-paced work that leaves the legs awake rather than wrung out. A heavy session the night before a race is a classic self-sabotage — we will talk you out of it.
Within 48 hours after
The flush session, booked while the effort is still loud in the muscle. Post-marathon and post-league-night evenings are this page’s peak hours — the table comes to legs that have earned not walking anywhere.
Weekly, in a heavy block
Standing maintenance through a training block: same therapist where possible, same slot, the session adjusting to whatever the week loaded. The habit that keeps the block on schedule.
Recovery is ours. Injuries are not.
Something that swelled, went sharp, or stopped you mid-set needs a physiotherapist or doctor — not a massage, and we say so plainly. Our lane is the sore, the tight and the heavy: training bodies that need maintenance, at home, without a clinic’s waiting room or a clinic’s package prices.
Prices — no sports surcharge
AED 300 / 60 min · AED 520 / 90 · AED 600 / 120 — VAT and travel included, flat in every area. The 90-minute is the standard post-race booking: full flush plus real time on your sport’s trouble spots. Everything else we bring:
Sports & recovery massage — your questions
What is the difference between a sports massage and deep tissue?
Intent and timing. Deep tissue hunts everyday knots wherever they live; a sports session is built around your training — flushing legs after a long run, freeing a pressing shoulder before it becomes a problem, working within your schedule so tomorrow’s session is better, not cancelled. The tools overlap; the plan is different.
When should I book — before or after training?
Both work, differently. Before an event: lighter, faster-paced work a day or two out — never a heavy session the night before a race. After: a flush-and-release session within a day or two of the effort, when the soreness is loudest. Tell us what is on your calendar and we will place the session with you.
Does it help with DOMS?
Most athletes tell us a post-effort session makes the next two days distinctly more liveable, and the gentle flushing work is exactly what sore legs ask for. We will not promise physiology beyond that — what we promise is the feeling athletes rebook for.
Can you treat an injury?
No — and knowing the line is part of the job. Something that swelled, went sharp, or made you stop mid-session belongs with a physiotherapist or doctor first. What we do is recovery and maintenance for training bodies: sore, tight, heavy — not injured. If the therapist suspects the ache is an injury, they will say so and leave it alone.
I train heavy — can the pressure match that?
Yes. State “strong pressure” when booking and we send a therapist who specialises in heavy work — forearms and elbows, slow and specific. The working ceiling is still yours: breathable intensity, never bracing.
Do you serve marathon and race weekends?
Landing-to-start-line and finish-to-flight, yes — 24/7 across every Dubai area, hotel rooms included, exact arrival time in writing. Post-race evening slots go fastest; book them the way you booked the race, in advance.
What does it cost?
The same flat card as everything we bring: AED 300 for 60 minutes, AED 520 for 90, AED 600 for 120 — VAT and travel included, no sports surcharge, card or cash in any currency.
Who should skip it?
Fever or illness, fresh injuries, recent surgery, clotting or heart conditions without a doctor’s clearance — the honest list applies to athletes too. If you are cleared but cautious, say so: the session runs gentler and still earns its keep.
