Reflexology and Foot Massage in Dubai
At your home, hotel or villa — anywhere in Dubai
Feet only, stay dressed — Dubai-wide
Reflexology is the treatment for people who do not want a full-body massage but whose feet have earned something. Firm, precise thumb pressure across the feet and ankles, following the traditional reflex map, while you stay dressed on your own sofa or table. Guests describe it the same way almost every time: legs lighter, head quieter, and the best sleep of the week that night. Anywhere in Dubai, 24/7, flat AED 300 for 60 minutes with travel included.
What the hour is actually like
Shoes off, that is all
No undressing, no draping, no oil on your clothes. The lowest-friction treatment we offer — which is why it is the one guests book on a weeknight without rearranging their evening around it.
Point by point
Thumb and finger pressure worked systematically across the sole, arch, heel, toes and ankle, then into the lower calf. Firm and rhythmic; some points are tender, none should hurt.
The after-feeling
Lightness in the legs and a calm that tends to arrive faster than in a full-body session. We publish what guests report, not physiological claims — reflexology is wellness, not medicine, and we keep that line clearly drawn.
Who books it in Dubai
The all-day-standing job
Retail, hospitality, healthcare, teaching — feet that carry an entire shift. A weekly or fortnightly hour is the most common pattern we see.
The tourist who walked Dubai
Malls, the Marina walk, the souqs, and 20,000 steps nobody planned. A hotel-room reflexology session in the evening is the fix, and hotel entry is routine at any hour.
The massage-shy
Plenty of people simply do not want to undress for a stranger, and that is a completely reasonable position. Reflexology is a full professional treatment that asks nothing of the kind.
One honest signpost: if the problem is swelling rather than aching — ankles and calves visibly puffy after a flight or a salty week — lymphatic drainage is the better booking, and we will tell you so if you describe it to us. Our short guide on why legs swell after flying covers the difference.
One hour, one price, wherever you are
Some providers advertise cheap 30-minute foot sessions and let the price climb from there. We keep a single honest rate: AED 300 for a full hour, travel included, identical in every area of Dubai — and the therapist arrives with everything needed, including a proper table if you would rather not sit up.
Prices and everything else we bring
AED 300 / 60 min · AED 520 / 90 · AED 600 / 120 — VAT and travel included, flat across Dubai. A 90-minute booking works well as reflexology plus back, neck and shoulders, which is a popular combination for desk workers:
Reflexology and foot massage in Dubai — your questions
What is reflexology?
A focused pressure treatment on the feet — and sometimes the hands and ears — using thumb and finger pressure on specific points, following a map that traditional practice associates with different parts of the body. You stay dressed apart from shoes and socks, and the work is firm, precise and rhythmic rather than flowing.
Does reflexology actually cure anything?
We will not claim that. It is a wellness treatment, not medical care, and we do not make health-outcome claims about it. What guests consistently report is the honest part: legs that feel lighter, a deep calm that arrives faster than in a full-body massage, and noticeably better sleep the same night.
Do I need to undress?
No — shoes and socks off, everything else stays on. It is the easiest treatment on our card to fit into an ordinary evening, and the one guests most often book while sitting on their own sofa rather than on the table.
Is it just the feet, or the legs too?
The session centres on the feet and ankles, and most therapists extend into the lower calves, which is where the after-effect of lightness comes from. If you want the legs worked properly as well, say so and we will plan the hour accordingly — or look at lymphatic drainage if the real issue is puffiness.
Does it hurt?
Reflexology is firm and some points are noticeably tender — that is normal and usually the point people remember afterwards. It should never be painful. The same rule as every session applies: say “lighter” and it changes immediately.
How much does it cost in Dubai?
AED 300 for 60 minutes, AED 520 for 90 and AED 600 for 120 — the same flat card as every treatment we bring, VAT and travel included, in every area of Dubai. Some providers price short 30-minute reflexology sessions lower; we keep one honest hourly rate rather than a menu of part-hours.
Is it good after a long flight or a day on my feet?
It is one of the two treatments we send most often for exactly that, alongside lymphatic drainage. If your feet ache from standing or walking, book reflexology. If your ankles and calves are visibly swollen from the flight itself, lymphatic drainage is the better tool — and we will say so if you describe it to us.
Who should avoid it?
Anyone with a foot injury, open wound, athlete’s foot or other skin infection, gout flare-up, or a recent fracture. Ask your doctor first if you have diabetes with reduced foot sensation, a clotting condition, or a heart condition. Pregnant guests should book the prenatal session instead, where foot pressure is handled with pregnancy in mind.
