Post-Natal Massage in Dubai
At your home, hotel or villa — anywhere in Dubai
After the birth — at home, around the baby
Post-natal massage is not a treat you eventually get around to. It is maintenance for a body that is now feeding, lifting and carrying all day, usually on broken sleep — and the shoulders, upper back and lower back take almost all of it. We bring it to your home anywhere in Dubai, female therapist on request, around the baby’s schedule rather than an appointment slot, at a flat AED 300 for 60 minutes with travel included. Your doctor’s clearance comes first, always.
When to start — the honest timings
This is the question every message starts with, so here is the plain version. After an uncomplicated vaginal delivery, the widely observed guidance is around one to two weeks. After a caesarean, four to six weeks, and only once the incision has healed. Above both of those sits one rule that we do not bend: whatever your doctor says outranks this page. If your recovery has had any complication at all, get their word first — we will still be here, and we would rather wait a fortnight than be the reason something went wrong.
The feeding shoulders
Hours a day looking down at a baby, one arm supporting a head. The upper back and neck take a specific, repetitive load that no amount of stretching quite reaches.
The carrying back
A growing child on one hip, a car seat in the other hand, a pram in and out of a boot. The lower back and hips do the work, and this is where most of the pressure goes.
The hour of quiet
Several guests have told us the sleep and the silence mattered as much as the massage. We think that counts, and we do not rush it.
What we do — and what we deliberately do not
The session covers the upper back, shoulders, neck, arms, lower back and hips, in side-lying or supported positions rather than flat on the chest, which is uncomfortable when you are feeding. Abdominal work is not part of it. Post-birth abdominal recovery — including anything involving the caesarean scar or separated abdominal muscles — is clinical territory, and it belongs with your doctor or a specialist physiotherapist, not with a home wellness booking. Plenty of providers in this market blur that line; we will not. If you have had a caesarean, tell us when you book and the therapist plans around the area from the start.
Why home is not a luxury here — it is the only version that works
A spa appointment after a birth means arranging childcare, driving, parking, holding a fixed slot, and driving back. At home the therapist comes to you, the baby is in the next room, and if the session has to stop for ten minutes it simply stops for ten minutes. That is not us being accommodating — it is how every post-natal booking we take actually goes.
Prices — the same flat card
AED 300 / 60 min · AED 520 / 90 — VAT and travel included, identical in every area of Dubai. Sixty minutes suits most post-natal bookings; ninety is worth it when the lower back has been complaining for weeks. Everything we bring:
Post-natal massage in Dubai — your questions
When can I start post-natal massage after giving birth?
The widely observed guidance is from around one to two weeks after an uncomplicated vaginal delivery, and four to six weeks after a caesarean — or whenever your doctor says, which outranks anything on this page. If your recovery has had complications, or you are unsure, get their word first and we will happily wait.
Is it safe after a C-section?
Once your doctor has cleared you and the incision has healed, yes — and the therapist works around the scar area entirely rather than over it. Tell us it was a caesarean when you book so the session is planned that way from the start, not adjusted halfway through.
What does the session focus on?
The places new motherhood actually loads: upper back, shoulders and neck from feeding and carrying, the lower back, the arms, and the hips. Abdominal work is not part of what we do — that is a clinical area after birth and belongs with your doctor or a specialist physiotherapist.
Can I have a female therapist?
Yes, and almost every post-natal booking asks for one. Say so in the message and a certified female therapist comes. Never a problem, never a surcharge.
What if the baby wakes up mid-session?
Then the session pauses and picks up again — genuinely. This is the ordinary reality of every post-natal booking we take, and it is the single strongest argument for having the massage at home rather than trying to hold a spa appointment. The therapist is not watching a clock in another room.
I am breastfeeding. Does that change anything?
Only positioning: side-lying or supported face-up is more comfortable than lying flat on the chest, and the therapist will set you up accordingly. Say so when booking. The oil we use is skin-friendly; if you would rather use your own, bring it out and the therapist will work with it.
How much does it cost?
AED 300 for 60 minutes and AED 520 for 90 — VAT and travel included, the same flat card as everything else we bring, in every area of Dubai. No post-natal package to commit to and no minimum number of sessions; book one and see.
How many sessions do people usually have?
There is no fixed course. Some book once in the first month and never again; others settle into fortnightly through the first six months, usually as much for the hour of quiet as for the shoulders. Both are completely normal and neither costs more per session than the other.
