Thai Massage at Home in Dubai
At your home, hotel or villa — anywhere in Dubai
Dressed, oil-free, and closer to assisted yoga
Thai massage is the odd one out on every menu: no oil, no undressing, no lying still while someone strokes your back. You wear loose clothing on a firm mat while a therapist — ours from Thailand, where this is simply how massage works — presses rhythmically along the body’s lines and folds you through stretches you could not reach alone. We bring the real, mat-based version to your home, hotel or villa anywhere in Dubai, 24/7, at a flat AED 300 for 60 minutes, travel included.
What happens in a Thai massage
Rhythmic compression
Palms and thumbs press in a slow, rocking rhythm along the limbs and back — the traditional sen lines of Thai practice — warming and loosening tissue without a drop of oil.
Assisted stretching
The signature. The therapist lifts, folds and lengthens you — hamstrings, hips, spine, shoulders — taking each stretch to comfortable tension and holding. It is the part guests say they could never replicate alone, because you cannot pull yourself into a stretch and relax at the same time.
Body-weight leverage
Working from the floor, the therapist uses position and body weight rather than muscle to apply pressure — which is why the mat matters, and why the pressure feels deep yet unhurried.
The at-home truth: mat, space, and what we bring
Some providers quietly swap Thai massage for an oiled table session with a few stretches bolted on. Ours is the floor version: we bring the firm mat and fresh linen, you clear two to three metres of floor — living room, hotel room by the bed, villa majlis, all comfortably enough. Wear or change into loose clothing — anything you would stretch in works perfectly. Sixty minutes later you stand up from the mat rather than float off a table: the after-feeling of Thai is less “sleepy” and more “unlocked” — which is why plenty of guests book it for mornings, not just nights.
The folded desk worker
Hips that sit at ninety degrees all day and a spine that has forgotten it rotates. The stretch sequence is practically designed for this body.
The flexibility project
Guests working on mobility — new gym-goers, golfers, yoga beginners — use fortnightly Thai sessions as guided progress their own stretching never quite delivers.
The oil-averse
Plenty of people simply dislike being oiled, or have somewhere to be afterwards. Thai is the full-strength massage that leaves no trace on your skin or your evening.

Thai massage at home — your questions
Do I stay dressed during a Thai massage?
Yes — that is one of its defining features. You wear loose, comfortable clothing (think what you would stretch in), no oil is used, and the whole session works through the fabric. If you prefer a treatment on skin with oil, book Swedish or deep tissue instead.
Is Thai massage done on a mat or a table?
Traditionally on a firm floor mat, because the therapist uses body weight, leverage and stretches that need the floor. At home we work exactly that way — we bring the setup; you provide two to three metres of floor space. Table-based work is possible on request, but the mat is the real thing.
What is the difference between Thai and Swedish massage?
Almost everything. Swedish is oiled strokes on skin at light-to-medium pressure while you rest. Thai is dressed, oil-free, and active: rhythmic palm and thumb compression along the body’s traditional energy lines, plus assisted stretches where the therapist moves you. You finish a Swedish feeling soothed; you finish a Thai feeling taller and looser.
Is the stretching safe if I am stiff?
Yes — the stretches are assisted and progressive: the therapist takes each one to the point of comfortable tension and stops there. Tell us about any joint problems, back issues or recent injuries when booking, and those areas are worked gently or skipped. Nothing is ever forced.
Does Thai massage hurt?
The compression is firmer than Swedish and you will feel the stretches, but the working rule is the same as all our sessions: intense is acceptable only if you consent to it, and one word adjusts it. First-timers usually describe it as “a workout someone else did for me”.
Will I be sore afterwards?
Possibly a little, the way you are after a good stretching class — it settles within a day. Drink water and take the evening slowly. If you are regularly sore for longer, tell us and the next session is calibrated lighter.
Who is Thai massage best for?
Desk workers who feel folded shut, anyone whose flexibility has quietly vanished, people who dislike oil on their skin, and guests who find classic massage too passive. It pairs well with alternating Swedish sessions — one relaxes, the other mobilises.
Who should skip it?
Anyone with a fever or illness, fresh injuries, recent surgery, significant osteoporosis, or clotting and heart conditions — doctor first in every doubtful case. Pregnancy: book the prenatal session instead; its side-lying, no-stretch format exists for exactly this reason.
